Policies and Procedures

PRICING

All prices listed are starting prices only and are subject to change if the client requests additional services or a customized style.

EXTENSIONS

If you are scheduling an extension service, including braids, please ensure your hair has been shampooed, detangled, and blow dried prior to your arrival.  Failure to do so will result in an additional $15 detangling fee, or services may be denied.  If you would like your hair shampooed prior to your service, please include it in your appointment request.

Braiding hair is provided for all braiding services with extensions.  If you would like your braids longer, your ends curly, or a unique color, please be sure to complete the digital form at least 48 hours prior to your visit to ensure you get the look you desire. 

UNIQUE STYLES & COLORS

If you have a desired style, please send a photo via email to support@stylesbyz.com at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  

 

If you would like a unique color for your extension braids that must be ordered, all requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.  Failure to do so will result in the client selecting colors that are available. 

SERVICE CHANGE

Please be sure to select all the services you desire. To be fair to (and mindful of) clients scheduled thereafter, adding additional services the day of your scheduled appointment may not be rendered.  Clients may only alter the service(s) they requested if the service(s) they’re now requesting decreases the initial service time.

CHILDREN

Services provided are for guests 12 years old and older.  Because of the nature of the salon environment, I do not allow children for their safety.  I love hearing about them and seeing photos of them, but to give you my complete focus and best work, I ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Communication - via email, text or by phone - must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you “no call no show” or cancel your appointment within hours of your appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment. Furthermore, 3 or more consecutive cancellations will result in the client having to make a $25 deposit for all future appointments. Repeat offenders will no longer receive services.

LATE ARRIVAL

Clients have a 15-minute grace period.  However, appointments will be cancelled 30 minutes after their scheduled time if no communication is received.
